Graduated MSc., PhD. in Odessa State Academy of Refrigeration, Ukraine (Former USSR) with over 25 years of experience in HVAC&R engineering, foods refrigeration process and energy efficiency & conservation, cold storage/heat storage, reduce GHG emissions solutions.
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Dung is currently the Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering, HUST. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Dung is a Vice President of the Vietnam Society of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (VISRAE), and Vice President of the Vietnam Thermal Association. His research/ knowledge transfer focuses on Clean Cooling, Energy efficiency & conservation, reducing GHG emissions in the HVACR field and Improvements of the Foods refrigeration process, and Indoor environmental quality. |

Dr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh graduated PhD in Hanoi University of Science and Technology. For more than 20 years working in HVAC&R engineering and BMS controls, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh is currently the Head of Division of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, Department of Thermal Energy, School of Mechanical Engineering, HUST.
With his experience and knowledge, he is currently in charge of the professional HVAC&R training program at HUST. At the same time, he is also an expert and leader of consultant team in the field of energy efficiency and refrigerant management for environmental protection. |
Mr Tran Ngoc Quang

Associate Professor Quang Tran is a PhD in Built Environmental Engineering. He gained his PhD from Queensland University of Technology (Australia). Currently, Dr. Quang is a head and senior lecturer of the Department of Building Services and Built Environment, Faculty of Environmental Engineering, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. He is holding courses in Building Service Engineering; Building Energy Efficiency; and Indoor Air Quality Control.
Dr. Quang is a Vice President of the Vietnam Society of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (VISRAE) and a key member of the Asean Engineering Organization (AEO) and Vietnam Clean Air Network (VCAP). His research focuses on indoor environmental quality and building energy conservation. |

Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai is a Heat and Refrigeration Engineer at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Mr. Hai is currently holding the position of Head of the Cleanroom & HVAC Division of INTECH Group. With nearly 15 years of experience, he has been in charge of consulting, designing, and implementing cleanroom and air handling projects for many high-tech projects, most of which are large-scale projects that require strict standards in fields such as Electronics, Pharmaceutical – Cosmetics, Medical Equipment, and Food manufacturing, etc. |

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tien is a Doctor and former lecturer at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. He has worked in the refrigeration industry for over 50 years. He has attended the training of refrigeration engineers at Polytechnic University in the first courses. In addition, he also participated in many projects at The Ministry of Science & Technology, The Ministry of Industry and Trade, and The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Mr Trinh Quoc Dung

Graduating with a doctorate from the Technical University of Berlin (Germany) and having more than 18 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, Mr. Trinh Quoc Dung is currently a lecturer with a focus on refrigeration and air conditioning at the Department of Thermal Energy Engineering, School of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
With his experience and knowledge, he is currently engaged in teaching and research on refrigeration and air-conditioning technology in the engineer training program at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. At the same time, he is also an expert and technical consultant for projects on urban cooling (UNEP), Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) updated in 2022, Climate Change Strategy to 2050 (2022), Decree on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and protecting the ozone layer (2022), building-up standards and technical regulations related to the economical use of energy and efficiency, refrigerants management, and environmental protection in the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector. |
