Sowing Seeds of Sustainability with Electric & Power Vietnam | HVACR Vietnam 2024
Electric & Power Vietnam | HVACR Vietnam 2024 is welcoming the upcoming series of International Exhibitions and Conferences with a greener experience! This year, the Organizer is proud to present a unique Event Invitation Card designed from “plantable” paper embedded with seeds that can grow into trees. These exclusive invitations will be personally delivered to selected customers & partners to spread the message of sustainable development. Not only an invitation, this is also a symbol of sustainability, carrying our hope to inspire positive environmental change among our esteemed guests.
1. Tear the invitation card into small pieces.
2. Soak the paper pieces in water overnight.
3. Bury the soaked paper containing seeds into the soil.
4. Keep the soil moist and place the pot in a sunny location.
5. Observe and care for the seeds until they sprout.
PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES
Receiving the invitation card gives you the chance to participate in this special program and win exciting prizes!
1. Ensure you have received an invitation card from Electric & Power Vietnam | HVACR Vietnam 2024.
2. Follow the instructions on the invitation card to grow a plant from the special paper.
3. Take photos of your planting process or the final result.
4. Share your photos on Facebook or LinkedIn publicly with the hashtags:
#Sustainable #ElectricPowerVietnam #HVACRVietnam
5. Submit your post results to the Organizer at [email protected] with the Subject as follows: “Seeds of Sustainability with EPVxHV24 – [Your full name]”
The Organizer will select 50 guests with successful planting results to receive meaningful gifts.
Note: We will only offer gift collection at Electric & Power Vietnam | HVACR Vietnam 2024, at S.E.C.C, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, from September 4th to 6th, 2024.
Each invitation card is a potential green sprout, contributing to environmental protection and spreading the message of sustainability.
