Commencement of the first high-tech project in Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Zonee
Kurz Vietnam Co., Ltd. has started the construction of a 12-hectare high-tech emulsion and thin film factory with a total investment of USD 40 million in Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Zone.
On the morning of 24.5, Kurz Vietnam Co., Ltd. (in H.Van Canh, Binh Dinh) and New CC Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. organized the commencement of construction of the project of High-tech emulsion and thin film production plant in Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Zone (in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, H.Van Canh, Binh Dinh).
This is the first project of Kurz Group (Federal Republic of Germany) to invest in Vietnam, and also the first industrial project to be implemented in Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee and Mrs. Josefine Wallat, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ho Chi Minh City..
Phase 1 of the high-tech emulsion and thin film manufacturing plant project in Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park has an area of 60,000 m2 (of a total area of 120,000 m2), total investment of USD 40 million (equivalent to VND 905.2 billion).
It is expected that this phase 1 will be completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2023 with a capacity of up to 15,000,000 m2 of product/year. Depending on the operation situation in Vietnam, the total investment capital of the project can be up to 100 million USD within 10-15 years.
Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh said that the goal of the project is to produce emulsions and high-tech thin films for the automotive, electronics and printing industries… The project is in the field of modern industry, applying advanced technologies according to European standards, is the fourth FDI project of investors from the Federal Republic of Germany to invest in Binh Dinh.
At the ceremony, Kurz Vietnam Co., Ltd. supported H.Van Canh VND 700 million to build 8 love houses and a fairy garden for kindergarten in Canh Hiep commune. New CC Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. also supported H.Van Canh VND 200 million to implement social protection activities in the locality.
