Quang Tri established Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Zone
Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Park has a scale of 214.77 ha, a total investment of VND 925 billion, is the 5th industrial park in Quang Tri.
On May 23, Quang Tri Economic Zone Management Board said that Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Hung has just signed Decision No. 1355/QD-UBND on the establishment of Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Park, Vinh Linh District, Quang Tri Province.
Accordingly, Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Park has a scale of 214.77 ha, in Vinh Long communes and Vinh Tuyen communes, Vinh Linh district; The industrial park is invested by Quang Anh Quang Tri Joint Stock Company with a total capital of VND 925 billion. The operation duration of the IP is 50 years from the date of issuance of the investment policy decision (from March 19, 2021 to March 19, 2071).
Previously, in March 2021, the Government approved the investment policy for the construction and trading of infrastructure of Tay Bac Ho Xa industrial park.
This is the 5th industrial park in Quang Tri with Quan Ngang Industrial Park, Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park, Trieu Phu Industrial Park, Quang Tri VSIP Industrial Park and Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Park.
“Currently, Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Park is in the stage of preparing ground clearance, infrastructure investment, and completing traffic connection procedures. After infrastructure investment is completed, the IP will attract secondary investors into it. Currently, Tay Bac Ho Xa Industrial Park has also received the attention of many investors. The most prominent of which is the garment factory project invested by Scavi Hue Company (Corèle International – France Group), which has a capital of VND 575 billion.
